Four 3 bedroom dwellings tightly integrated close to the beach, all with generous double car basements, ground and upper floors. The section was the key to this project to link five levels in practical arrangement. Close analysis of the site ensured the capture of ocean views and the integration of outdoor spaces and interiors. An uncluttered minimalist palate provides a fresh beginning for busy family life.
